TERMS: Cash, approved check & all major credit cards. A Buyers Premium of 10% with cash or check payment or 13% with credit card payment will be added to personal property and equipment sales. A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added real estate sales. In addition to Live Onsite bidding for the equipment and real estate , Online bidding will be offered as well for the equipment and real estate through our app. All items sold "As is, Where is." Payment due day of sale for equipment and personal property. Real estate will require a $10,000 nonrefundable earnest money deposit day of sale and closing by July 17th, 2023.
